libclick-0.4-dev software package provides development files for Click package management library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclick-0.4-dev
libclick-0.4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclick-0.4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclick-0.4-dev *
You will get with libclick-0.4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
